Return and Exchange Policy

At Azamra, we are committed to offering you quality products. However, we understand that you may sometimes need to return or exchange an item for a different size. Here is our policy on this:

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for purchases made on our website. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order and offer exchanges under certain conditions.

Free Exchange in Store

If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so at our store located at 135 bis rue de Paris in Charenton-le-Pont, just 10 minutes from Paris.

Remote Exchange

If you are unable to visit our store, exchanges are still possible. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item as well as the shipping costs of the new item.

No shipment will be made without first receiving the item to be exchanged in its original condition.

Conditions for an exchange:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect address or unclaimed package

If the customer enters an incorrect delivery address when placing their order, or if the package is not collected within the allotted time at the pickup point or from the carrier, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.

In this case, the customer can collect their package in-store at 135 bis rue de Paris in Charenton-le-Pont or request reshipment at their own expense, according to the current rates of the carrier Chronopost.

No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package.
